Description
The Elevate Jump builds explosive power and develops lower body muscle mass with two primary movements, the squat and the squat jump. Uniquely designed to facilitate plyometric jumping exercises leveraging both linear bodyweight resistance and variable band resistance, this jump exercise machine produces both concentric and eccentric loading of the muscles – allowing users to accelerate and decelerate quickly during a squat jump in a safe, controlled manner.
Able to accommodate all levels of fitness, the Elevate Jump supports the spine during traditional squat exercises so that users can comfortably control the descending and ascending phases of a squat or jump, while providing an opportunity for advanced variations including, single-leg squats and staggered stance squats.

Shipping
Shipping is FREE on orders over £100 to customers within the United Kingdom if products are from a UK warehouse. There are some products in which there is a small shipping fee and/or installation fee which will be reflected at checkout. At Pilates Powerhouse we aim to provide the lowest cost possible for our customers and subsidise shipping costs as much as possible. However with some products there may be an exception due to differences with shipping fees from different suppliers.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order we automatically check with our suppliers to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment. If the shipment is predicted to be longer than 5 business days we will notify you of this immediately.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your card it will ship within three to five business days from the date of your order. If there are any delays from our supplier end, we will notify you of this via email.
We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
If you do not receive shipping confirmation from us within four business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at support@pilatespowerhouse.co.uk
International Orders:
Please be aware that we do not currently ship our products internationally as these are made specifically for the United Kingdom market. This means that they require a 230V electrical system to function correctly.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery.
If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smartphone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to support@pilatespowerhouse.co.uk then visit our Returns page and lodge your return claim online.
